Most bad experiences with agencies could have been avoided in the first conversation. These are the signs to check before you agree to anything.
Red flags
- They ask you to pay upfront: for “training”, a “starter pack” or promotion.
- The account is registered in their name, or they want your login and don’t let you keep access.
- There is no written contract, only verbal promises.
- Their commission is vague, or they won’t say whether it is taken from gross or net.
- Penalties or fines for leaving, or commission they keep taking after you leave.
- Guaranteed income: “you will earn $10,000 in the first month”.
- Pressure to decide today, without time to read the terms.
- They ask for explicit content before any agreement is signed.
- No trial period and no clear way out.
Questions to ask any agency
- Whose name is the account registered in, and who keeps it if I leave?
- What exactly is my share, and is it calculated from gross or net?
- When and how are payouts made?
- What do you pay for, and what is deducted from my share?
- How do I leave, how much notice do I give, and are there penalties?
- Can I read the contract before I start?
How Kaira answers them

- Crypto payouts once a month, a $200 advance after 2 weeks.
