A good contract protects you more than the agency. Here is what to look for before you sign.
Must be written down
- Your share, in percent, and its base: gross or net (after the OnlyFans fee).
- How often and how you get paid, and any advance.
- That the account is registered in your name and stays yours.
- That the content you create belongs to you.
- What the agency pays for: traffic, advertising, the chat team, shoots.
- The term, the notice period for leaving and how the final settlement works.
- Confidentiality: what the agency may and may not do with your data and content.
Clauses to be careful with
- Penalties or fines for leaving early.
- Commission that continues after you leave.
- The agency owning your content or your stage name.
- Long notice periods or automatic renewal you can’t opt out of.
- Costs deducted from your share that were never agreed.
If something is promised verbally but missing from the contract, ask for it to be added before signing.
